Wash your hands

Regular hand washing can protect you from many diseases. Scientists say most people catch viruses or other infectious diseases after the war touch of man or contaminated objects. All you need to do to protect yourself is to regularly wash your hands – always before touching food to go eat, always when I go home and when you shake.
Wash your hands on both sides must with soap and do not forget the nails. Your hands may collect any germs and bacteria, so if you keep them clean you reduce the risk of contamination.
What is the proper way to wash hands:
- Lather hands under running hot water should take about a minute
- Rub their hands in each other about 15 seconds, the soap can be done
- Be sure you have washed all parts of hands, including between the fingers.
