3 days: Breakfast &#8211; 1 cup coffee; Lunch &#8211; 1 head celery (Stewed or boiled); Dinner &#8211; 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 ch.ch. shredded carrots, cheese low-fat.<br />

5 days: Breakfast &#8211; 1 cup coffee; Lunch &#8211; low-fat fish; Dinner &#8211; grated carrots with lemon.<br />
6 days: Breakfast &#8211; 1 cup of coffee, hardtack; Lunch &#8211; chicken breast (grilled or cooked), green salad, a cup of low fat milk (fresh or sour) or herbal tea;<br />
7 days: Breakfast &#8211; herbal / green tea; Lunch &#8211; chicken / beef (boiled or roasted) fruit; Dinner &#8211; grilled fish with vegetables.<br />
From the 8th to 14th day: Diet is repeated but in reverse order.</p>
