Useful tips for people with high blood pressure

To maintain normal blood pressure in people suffering from hypertension should regularly take their prescribed medications. Here are some rules that can alleviate their condition:
- Do not try to do multiple things. Do not hurry, do not be angry, do not shout.
- For you are counter products that contribute to the development of vascular sclerosis: animal fats, sugar, margarine, fatty dairy products, red meat, liver, meat broth, smoked meats. Your diet should consist mainly of: vegetables (avoid potatoes and carrots), fruit, rye bread, oatmeal, beans, peas, soybeans, oil, nuts, poultry, low-fat dairy products, fresh juices.
- You must eat regularly – 5-6 times a day, eat small portions. The last meal should be 2-3 hours before bedtime.
- Do not abuse in any event with alcohol (especially concentrates are ordinal), coffee, strong black tea.
- Harmful to read a lot, especially late. Avoid bedtime to watch shows and movies that will load.
- Try to create a sleep mode, so you can be in bed no later than 22 hours. It is desirable before bedtime can walk in the fresh air. Useful is also the warm bath with herbs.
- Immediately after waking drink a glass of water on an empty stomach (preferably low mineral), then do morning exercises and get sharp shower.
