Trouble is guaranteed for children at the time of his birth weighed less than 2.5 kg. This paradoxical conclusion made researchers at the University of Michigan, USA. According to them, children born with low weight have a 30% lower chance of good health in childhood, in most cases this problem is exacerbated with time. So this percentage to them in adulthood increases to 70. In primary classes such children often do poorly in math, reading and other basic items.
According to the statistics of American specialists, people born with low weight and have less chance of success in the profession and generally have lower incomes – about 10% compared to the rest of their peers at age 25. 35 years this difference increases to 15.6%, and 37-56 years of age – up to 22%. Part of the explanation of this paradox, according to scientists is that babies are underweight come to light most often in poor families: “This reflects not only the health of the child (these families often do not have good medical insurance rarely attending physicians), but also on its nutrition, education and development.

Any contact with a loved one, even scratch, facilitate release of the hormone of joy, therefore it prolongs life, according to British experts quoted by the BBC. If a person is very upset and want to relax, you catch it in hand and thus without thinking it have a positive healing effect, lower blood pressure and slow down his heart beat. One area of 2 cm ² Skin is not less than 50 nerve endings and therefore the nervous system that is first perceived impact on the skin. Galena and light massage are able to reduce nervous irritability and even stop the pain. In a recent research 40 infants were divided into two groups. Children from the first group were fondling a 45 minutes every day. After 10 days in them have been registered more rapid weight gain, although children from both groups received the same amount of food. Touch, hearing and vision are very important for children because they depend on their psychological development and social status. Adults also need to satisfy all needs of the bodies of feelings. Therefore, some researchers even recommend to embrace his favorite person at least 4 times a day.
Even amicable pat on the shoulder or contact of the hands cause the feeling of ownership and mitigate “touch hunger”. This favorable impact not only on the nervous system but also to other systems in the body. So – do not give up on pleasures! Remember also Gauls children – mostly in the head and back.
There is even tactile way of learning the alphabet: Stick to the wall at shoulder height sheet of paper, give a child or ink pens, place it over with leaves and write pointer block letters of the alphabet. Name the letter and ask the child write it on the sheet. This method is especially useful for children who have difficulty remembering the letters. Handshake, a pat on the shoulder, embracing at the meeting and parting, tapping his fingers on the table, combed hair, slightly rubbed on the forehead and temples – all are ways to quench the “touch hunger”, ie and extending the life

Parents do not always consciously spank the child. In most cases this happens when you lose patience and fall into despair. Sometimes they can only hurt the child so that several times he repeated that it should not be done if a child has heard them. “All parents know how annoying and insulting is when children do not listen to them, but the outcome of the situation is not violence,” said a team of specialists. According to the results of their study commissioned by the American Academy of Pediatrics, 25 percent of families with two parents beat their children at least once a week. These 25 percent are of the opinion that this method of education helps. But actually it is only superficial results, scientists refute them: “As a rule, children are often struck by their parents as an educational method, begin to lie, they develop children’s aggression, anger and other deviations from their social behavior. These children are unable to make much needed and important difference between “good and bad,” they more often than others behave incorrectly behind the back “of their parents. Therefore unlikely that method of education can be defined as effective.
Experts offer several alternatives to the far better and lasting results:
1. Be firm and patient – the child will surely hear you if you speak firmly, but not with increased tone.
2. Pause – if you tell your child that you are now very angry and will therefore return to this issue later, in that it is not bad. It is better to postpone for a few minutes to talk and relax than to apply force.
3. Teach your children – rather than punish the child for some action, tell him that you do not like it when it makes certain things and ask them not to repeat. If it recurs, ask your child how to help him remember that it should not be done.
4. Be positive about – for example, instead of reply: “How many times do you say to wash your teeth, use the” Tell me when you’re finished with your teeth, because I will walk into the bathroom.
5. Explain to the child, rather than threaten it – short of the child explain why he should not behave this way rather than another and what can happen if it does not behave properly.
6. Stimulate your child – can you get with phrases like “Time to go. Hurry up, I want to get home earlier, because … ”
7. Be flexible – if your child asks you something, be flexible, try to find a solution that would both satisfied.
8. Be smarter – if any of the methods has not proved successful, find another solution. It is not superfluous to ask the child how to help him. This issue will surely generate positive feelings about him.
9. Its control your anger – if you treat with malice towards her child will learn to do it so with their children, and all around him.

Children who virtually never get sick, or they are not so small that they can be counted on fingers. The general opinion of doctors is that illness, children gradually build up their immune systems, which will help them later to resist infections attacking the body. But one has to be sick 1-2 times a year, and another – the presence of constant runny nose and cough. How often can ill child without causing alarm among parents and doctors? The term “children suffering often is blurred, as each child, for example every body is individual. According to modern medical standards “often suffering children” are considered those that:
• for up to 1 year of age suffer from respiratory diseases and more every year
• aged 1 to 3 years – 6 times more
• aged 3 to 5 years – 5 times more and
• over 5 years – 4 times more.
Today, children are often found with weak immunity who suffer from respiratory illness or flu, literally every month. Especially often it happens among those who attend nurseries and kindergartens. Illness they often occurs with an exacerbation of existing chronic infections – pulmonary, renal, etc. The reasons are mainly two – or nervously cold load. Typically, these children suffer less frequently, but quite long. One goes to another disease and doctors have difficulty in switching to it that previous disease is cured and there is a new problem. These children for months could have a residual cough syndrome or periodic such as inflammation of the nose.
One way of determining the immunity of the child is scheduled vaccination. If the vaccine 2-3 weeks after the child has a fever again, or throat problems, parents need to be seriously addressed by strengthening its immune system
