Everything we should know about Cellulite

Cellulite is a well known problem for many women. This is a disease of connective tissue, which is associated with disorder in the circulation of blood and lymph and increase the size of fat cells (adipocytes) in the retention of fat and toxins in them. In spite of the fact that is considered a cosmetic defect, cellulite is a serious disease fat and connective tissue. Cellulite often resembles orange peel, it is also known as orange peel. There are different types of cellulite. Mild forms are not so visible. Severe cases expressed by roughness of the skin – bumps and indentations. In Body of skin feel different fortresses, they are on the thighs, hips, but can be found in the abdomen and upper arms.
Why is formed?
Among the causes of cellulite are poor nutrition, lack of exercise, frequent changes in weight, stress, hormonal imbalance, free radicals and others. Cellulite occurs more often in women than in men.
