How to cope with runaway appetite

The easiest and most useful way to preserve the shape is to eat less, nutritionists advise. However, this has nothing to do with starvation – it is sufficient to comply with certain rules and simply not overloading the stomach.
1. Get up from the table with a feeling of slight hunger.
2. Eat sitting down. If you eat right, likely to eat more food is greater.
3. You can opt out of the ample lunch or dinner, but not by lunch. Oatmeal as will maintain your sense of fullness throughout the day.
4. If not satisfied with a meal three times daily between meals eat mostly fruit.
5. To forget about nutrition still 1-2 hours, drink a half cup of decoction of parsley or rinse your mouth with a decoction of mint.
6. Gentle compote of figs or prunes stomach. Pour half a kilo of fruit with 3 liters of water and boil them until evaporate to 2.5 liters. Received infusion can drink half a glass before each meal.
7. Teaspoons dried skimmed milk will save everyone “died of starvation.
