The mental and the emotional fatigue with physical offset. The daily exercise is a great way to increase stamina and endurance of the body against stress and mental fatigue. This is the opinion of a group of sports doctors from the American College of Sports Medicine in Seattle, who were able even to measure the elapsed time of the positive effects of exercise, they were voluntarily surveyed included people in the experiment 12, 24 hours, 2, 4 and 8 days after training.
“According to most previous observations, the mood remains upbeat for an hour after exercise, but in our view, good mood after your workout can be maintained even up to 12 hours”, said Dr. Jeremy Sibold, team leader. The participants in the study were performed exercise with approximately 60% of their own maximal aerobic power: “This is consistent with all available physical activity (such as walking or cycling trips) and it turns out, is enough to increase the total tone”. The positive impact of sport is not affected by factors such as age, sex or level of training. Therefore, according to American doctors, “in certain cases, fitness is a complete alternative to standard solutions of some problems related to mental health.” (

Most of the people do not overeat because they are hungry and not because the food is delicious. This paradoxical conclusion does Professor Brian Wansink from Cornell University in the USA, author of “mad eating: why we eat more than we think”. It is based on numerous experiments that the scientist was conducted to determine why and what quantities of food eaten per person. According to the author “always hungry man is a victim of circumstances: family, friends, containers, packaging products, size of tables and other factors that usually no one pays attention”.
An interesting and telling example is the conclusion that Professor Wansink to make ice cream: “If 100 g of ice are placed in small glass, then a glutton would seem that there are many ice cream. If the same amount be placed in a large cup, ice cream will be “small” and would require additional man”.
The book is based on research conducted by a team of 63 experts and concludes it is the main reason for overeating is actually a purely psychological and not directly related to hunger or taste of food.

Recently by one reason or another growing popularity of traditional methods of treatment. Music therapy is one of the most popular options for someone who wants to experiment with these new methods. Consultation conducted by psychologists from Duke University in the U.S. shows that people identify so-called. music therapy as “the easiest and most pleasant treatment option: listen to music and with every minute you become stronger.”
Even things at first glance seem quite simple, it really is not. As a preliminary point is that virtually all experts do not deny the positive effects of music on human health. To this effect the first mention of the ancient Greeks. Homer wrote of how melodic songs have helped to heal the wounds of the characters, and Pythagoras is conducted special classes in choral singing, because it is believed that harmony in music was born and harmony in the soul. Are preserved, he reportedly began to compile a book of musical healing recipes, where the treatment of any disease is in line melody. In the Middle Ages the English philosopher Robert Burton wrote a special book – “The Anatomy of Melancholy,” which argues that music can be very useful in the treatment of neurological disorders. In the 19 century with a calm relaxing music many psychologists have treated their patients, but the greatest interest in music therapy occurred in the mid-20th century. It is understandable that people are afraid of bad dreams. They are very impressive, remember easily and create discomfort. For one night, one can dream several dreams. How vivid and emotional will be partly dependent on sleep, etc. phase of sleep in which the person resides at the time of dreaming. The most significant are two phases – the quick and the slow sleep. In the slow phase brain hardly works, metabolism is minimal and is breathing slowly and deeply. Awakened in this phase people rarely remember my dreams. The transition from slow to fast sleep is clear. Under closed eyelids pupils performed almost as active movements in waking. Breathing becomes rapid, intermittent. The brain consumes so much energy during the day. And nightmares occur precisely during this phase. After 10 minutes of fast sleep one could wake up and remember your dream, be transferred to the slow phase. For the overnight travel approximately 6 cycles of sleep, each of which can last up to 2 hours. Many people are accustomed to believe that poor sleep must carry the trouble. Indeed not. Disturbing dream is actually a signal of any personal concerns of the people, which already exists in reality. This may be some emotional experience associated with the unresolved issue or concern related to the expectation of any change. Changing your home or workplace, exams, new relationships or family problems may have caused bad dreams.

Shopping, cooking, cleaning, caring for family and children. A couple of years that life and man is ready to ask him just what I expected. Many people just try to escape from this vicious circle, starting to work – whatever, just further away from home. The main problem is denial of the hosts of their own interests and adopt the interests of family members, namely the reason for the sense of frustration, lack of experience and lack of self-realization. Life, which consists of 24 hours housework less time for sleep, it is not interesting and exciting. To get pleasure and joy of life should not make reckless acts or “burn bridges behind you” – is enough to adjust their way of life, psychologists say. What can you do? Maybe some of these suggestions will seem quite irrelevant, but still – everyone finds satisfaction in various endeavors. Absurd to one is most logical to others.
Do not stay all day with the children.
Will be difficult to explain to her husband that he has broken his mother to hire and nanny. But very easy to explain that a woman with two children who require constant care and attention, can not remain attractive and interesting without personal time. Even middle-income families can afford to hire assistants once a week which will free you from some duties.

The depression has now become the “fashionable” disease. It is almost “elegant” to say “I’m depressed” and thereby justify the lack of enthusiasm or total employment decreases vitality. This “fashion” there is however a double role. On the one hand people suffering from depression, experiencing less pressure and greater understanding of others, and – depression began to be called any kind of boredom and thus the disease seemed to come from the list of serious problems. And should not the case. There are different ways for the classification of depression. One of the most common is based on the frequency of its occurrence. A single case of depression caused by one reason or another, is called “depression”. Prolonged, but slight depression – dysthymia, and depression, occurring from time to time – “recurrent”.
