Eva Longoria is tight and low birth. But do not rely only on the nature and practice hard and respected diets to control weight. Most frequently with melted extra kilograms popular grapefruit diet. The Diet is easy to implement and promises download kg in 3-4 weeks. The only strict rule, it is not to consume any food after 19 hours. Prohibited are salt, sugar, sweets, alcohol and carbonated drinks. Between the main meals may allow ch.ch. 1 Ira, 1 orange, 1 apple or honey. To drink at least 2 liters of water daily.
1st day
Breakfast: 1 grapefruit or its juice, 100 g low-fat no-salt cheese, 1 ch.ch. coffee (no nes) or green tea with lemon
Lunch: 1 grapefruit, 250 g lettuce with lemon juice, coffee or green tea with lemon
Dinner: 100 g boiled or grilled stew meat, 200 g green salad with lemon juice, green tea with lemon
